Product never got delivered
Product never got delivered, could never speak to anyone tried email, phone call and live chat never had a reply, terrible company, AVOID!!!!

Fake products
Fake products. I waited much longer than stated for the product, now that it has arrived it is clearly fake - I have an original Rhode Glazing milk, and although the packaging is very similar, it is clearly different. The product inside is not the same at all, different smell and consistency. I am horrified that this company is allowed to keep trading….

I ordered a product over a week
I ordered a product over a week ago and am still waiting for this product. I emailed the company and have not to date received a reply. Having read the comments below I am concerned. I usually have very positive results shopping on line so this is disappointing

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, I waited over 2 months to finally receive my order, send multiple emails and messages to the company. I spent over £80 on rhode and byoma products. They finally answered me over 2 months! And finally sent out the order to only find all products are fake! I currently have all the products as I bought some whilst waiting for these and compared the mist, serums and glazing milk and they’re nothing alike (colour and consistency, texture and the size of their bottles!) I’m too scared to actually use these products as they’re clearly fake and I do not know what’s in the ingredients! Idk how they get away with this! I am trying to get a refund, happy to send these back cos I will not use them on my skin! Always check Trust pilot first!

Absolute scam. I ordered two items over a week ago and they promised on their website to send it on time. The email confirmation stated I would receive updates in 2 days. I still have received no response via email and their website
