ÄLÄ tilaa tästä firmasta mitään tuotetta koskaan. Nettisivujen.. muodikkaat tuotteet ovat aivan ala-arvoisia niille asiakkaille, jotka ymmärtävät laadun ja muodin päälle. Asiakaspalvelunumero ei vastaa koskaan . 30 päivän vapaa palautusoikeus ja rahat takaisin ei toteudu normaalin käytännön mukai- sesti.Joudut lähettämään tuotteesi tarkastettavaksi Amerikkaan ( noin 100 euroa).Sinun valitustasi ei huomioida vaan sinulta pidätetään n. 70.prosenttia hinnastasi,jos haluat purkaa kaupan. Olen kokenut tämän prosessin konkreettisesti aivan äskettäin. VAROKAA rikollisia firmoja!

Misleading and deceptive! Website poses as Finnish, but hides in Hong Kong.
I placed an order with this company (Order #40826). While the initial follow-up was fine, shipping took a very long time. When the items finally arrived, they did not meet my expectations, so I immediately requested a return on August 4th.Their website claims that returning items is "easy", but this is a complete lie. It has now been three weeks and I am still waiting for return instructions. I strongly suspect they are intentionally delaying their response so that my 30-day return window expires, giving them an excuse to refuse my refund.Furthermore, this business is highly misleading. They present themselves as a Finnish company, but their actual headquarters are located in Hong Kong. To top it off, I am expected to pay for expensive return shipping all the way to the United States.I feel completely scammed and cheated. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will dispute the charge with my bank. Avoid this website at all costs!

Piti olla ylisuuri m, musta, puuvilla kauluspaita, pitkähihainen. Tuli Erittäin pieni Suomen xxs kokoa vastaava keinokuituinen, sinininen, lyhythihainen erittäin ohut paita. Eli mikään ei mennyt kohdalleen.

Beware! I made a purchase and once the order and purchase was complete, there was a pop up offering a second pair for 20% off. So, wondering exactly what the deal was, I clicked the button and the item was automatically charged to my payment account and set for delivery without any confirmation from my part of the purchase. IT IS A TRAP. I immediately wrote a cancellation letter but it was already too late and when they finally replied a few days later they explained that the return cost will be expensive and I would need to pay it myself. So instead they offered me a discount on the next purchase. Instead of the few Euros I may get back if I were to return it, I think that it is more important to let customers of the situation.
