When you phone Ring the AI service is just horrendous
When yoy phone rung now the AI service is horrendous. Since the 7th of August I had a faulty camera which needed replacement instead of sending me an outdoor camera they sent me an indoor . I returned it back by DPD because the UPS shops dont give you a SMS TEXT saying received.I phoned and told them they sent me the wrong camera and they send another one that was wrong. Each time I phoned them several times they all gave me different answers I was told I was getting a refund on the faulty replacement camera which was dis continued. I have spent 15 hours since the 7th of August on the phone and the people in the billing dont have a clue how to settle my problem. The customer service is very poor and in the process to writing to the ombudsman to report this company. I have tried to speak to a senior manager but they try to avoid it. I regret buying their products Today is the 28th of August and my problem has still not been sorted out

The service from ring customer service…
The service from ring customer service is horrendous with AI . I needed a replacement camera and they made me pay for it sending the wrong one When I wanted to complain to a manager I was told it would take 48 hours. I am not happy with this company and shocked to read the bad comments.

Terrible product
Terrible product - never last more than a few years, are not built to withstand any weather. Basically, designed for landfill. Customer service is terrible - sent me to email an entirely different company (who said they keep doing it, and it's very frustrating for them!). Actively seeking to replace with a better product!

Shocking support from Ring
I sent back a replacement camera at the end of June and it took 5 weeks to get a replacement, and when it arrived, it came with no battery pack as they sent the incorrect plug in cam, now they are telling me they are nil stock with their own battery packs in the warehouse, yet I can buy one on Amazon who own Ring to come the next day. They are truly a shocking shower to deal with, appalling back up with dreadful customer service staff. Deserves a zero star if possible.

good picture quility but thats all
been having problems scrolling back on my security camera which I bought over a month ago it kept jumping an hour and missed the bits I wanted to see, rang ring spoke to an AI guy when he or it could not help was transferred to the the technical dept, spoke to a real guy and Im sorry to say I could barely understand him kept having to say sorry could you repeat that, got so frustrated gave up knowing I had wasted my money. Buyer beware, Would not recommend sorry I bought it.
