Una estafa .
Entiendo que el sitio necesita hacer pagar el servicio de venta on line pero a este precio, es un robo. 60 euros para una entrada facturada 25 a los que compraron directamente en la taquilla.... Nunca mas. Fue el peor sitio,ultima fila, casi al precio de una entrada de barrera...Sin vergüenza!

Son unos estafadores
Son unos estafadores. Creía que era una página oficial de la plaza de toros y confié en comprar dos entradas por el valor hipotético de 75€. Cuando recibo la entrada veo la misma realmente vale 49€ a lo que añaden 4,90€ de gestión pero por la que realmente pagas 75€. Un jodid... estafa!!!!!! Ni una más!!!!

Tras una incidencia en el envío del justificante de pago y no haber recibido tampoco las entradas, la empresa contactó conmigo telefónicamente y se comprometió a remitirme las entradas hoy miércoles. Efectivamente he recibido el correo con los tickets para asistir a la corrida. Aunque considero algo excesivo los gastos de gestión (he pagado 75€ por una entrada de 45€), la empresa ha cumplido con lo prometido y me ha enviado las entradas.

SCAM WARNING – AVOID THIS SITE I purchased tickets from this site last month, four days before an event. I received a confirmation email saying the tickets would be sent as a PDF. They never arrived - not in my inbox, not in my spam folder. At the venue, staff confirmed this site is not an official or legitimate ticket seller. There was nothing they could do and so, I had to buy new tickets at the venue to get in. I paid via PayPal and tried to get a refund, but my claim was rejected because the company provided “evidence” they had sent the tickets. When I contacted them directly, they sent a copied-and-pasted version of an email they claimed to have sent - something that could easily have been fabricated or changed. We had spent €54 on two tickets from this site, and because we never received them, we had to spend another €32 on two more tickets at the venue. We were willing to compromise and asked that the seller cover the €32 cost of the replacement tickets. Their responses were rude and dismissive, including comments like: “SO DO WHAT YOU WANT” “WE HAVE THE EVIDENCE” “AFTER ALL THE EXPENSES YOU INCUMBED ON YOUR TRIP, I DON’T THINK THE 32 EUROS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU” They also charged almost double the face value of the tickets. That wasn’t even my main issue, but it’s worth knowing for others. Bottom line: This site is dishonest, unprofessional and not a legitimate ticket seller. DO NOT purchase from them.

Mir wurden Spesen von 40€ pro Karte…
Mir wurden Spesen von 40€ pro Karte verrechnet!! Das bemerkte ich aber erst bei Tickererhslt. Ich zahlte für 2 Karten 286€ und auf den Tickets stand dann anstatt den 143€ pro karte nur mehr 96€!!
