EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING I would strongly advise people to think twice before paying Express Learning Online based on my experience. I paid them for a White Card, believing I was applying through the correct provider. After paying my money, I was then told that I was not the correct state and that I had applied through the wrong place. The biggest problem is what happened afterwards. Once it became clear that the service I had paid for wasn't going to be provided to me, I requested my money back. They refused to refund me and would not budge. So I am now out of pocket for something I cannot use. What makes this experience so frustrating is that I feel this should have been made completely clear before taking my payment. If there was a problem with my location or eligibility, that information should have been made clear before I handed over my money — not after. I am extremely unhappy with the way this situation has been handled and with the lack of willingness to resolve it fairly. My advice to anyone considering using this company: do your research, make absolutely certain they can provide the service you need in your state, and confirm the refund policy BEFORE paying them anything. For me, this has been a terrible experience. I paid my money, didn't receive what I was expecting, asked for a refund, and was refused. 1 star — and only because I can't give zero.

Unfortunately, Hudson was unwell and unable to attend his original booking. We subsequently paid a further $250 to rebook the course, only for him to be unable to complete it because we accidentally forgot to bring his original ID. I completely understand that identification is a requirement. However, on the day, my husband was already driving the original ID to the my office and was only 18 minutes away. We were disappointed that there was no willingness to allow Hudson to commence the course and have his ID provided during the morning tea break. As a result, we paid $500 for a course that he was ultimately unable to complete. What was particularly disappointing was the attitude of the staff and the lack of customer service shown throughout the situation. Mistakes happen, and while we accept responsibility for forgetting the ID, we would have expected a more reasonable and customer-focused approach to finding a solution. As an organisation providing education and supporting young people in our community, I would hope that the focus would extend beyond simply enforcing rules and collecting fees. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling that the financial aspect was prioritised over the student and the customer experience. Very disappointing and, based on our experience, unfortunately we would not recommend this organisation.

Beware of scammers.. They don’t even deserve 1 star.. The process appears to be flawed. After spending considerable time answering numerous questions, the final stage reveals additional requirements such as purchasing security boots and equipment for video and audio assessments. The company also charges a fee for a review and claims to complete the course within the same day. However, further assessments, including video and audio assessments, and an LLN Self-Assessment unrelated to the course, are required. The company’s insistence on payment at this point is understandable, as it may deter potential applicants from continuing. Furthermore, the claim that a white card is issued on the same day as the course is inaccurate. After payment, the company informs applicants that the card will be marked in days, but an additional fee of $18 can expedite the process. I intend to dispute the charge with my bank. The company’s practices are concerning, and it is notable that it does not allow reviews on Google, which would increase public accessibility.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
