I use the AI Translate plugin, and honestly, the support is a huge plus. The communication is fast, focused, and you can really feel that there are people on the other end who want to help, not just refer you to instructions. I've had several situations where something wasn't working perfectly on a specific store. Support not only responded to messages but also helped find a solution and provided real step-by-step guidance. Importantly, if a more individual issue arose, they were able to create a tailored solution. This has made the translation process much easier for me and has had a significant impact on my workflow and the store's performance. My client is very satisfied, and above all, I'm reassured that everything is working as it should. Nowadays, good support is a huge asset, and it's definitely noticeable here.
