She took the time to truly listen to our story and understand the impact it had on my disabled daughter.The legal advice and guidance she provided was absolutely invaluable. Brief overview of pros and cons.
Positives: 1. Mostly polite knowledgeable staff. 2. Staff take time to explain things thoroughly. Negatives: 1. Champions team lie about call back timelines. 2. Can be hard to get through to them on the phone (sometimes you have to call 9 or 10 times) 3. Some staff seem like they just don't care and try to get you off the phone as fast as possible.

Jamie was so incredibly patient, so knowledgeable and so so so helpful today. We are in a very upsetting situation and she not only helped talk me through solutions, but also helped quell my concerns. She is a superstar. I wish I could give her a hug.
