I paid, Ereceptionist still say I haven't
I have been using Ereceptionist for many years. Even after they put their price up, I stayed with them. My number has been disconnected 2 days ago. 2 months ago, the monthly payment didn't reach their account. The usual amount was taken from my bank account. I receive an email stating that I haven't paid. So I go on my app and enter my bank details manually. So again the amount is taken from my bank account. I email them stating that now I paid twice. They categorically replied I haven't. They ask for proof of payment from my bank. I give them all the details. Even after the proof, they say I haven't paid. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL Their system is probably not protected from spams, cyber attack. My phone was hacked 2 months ago. I'm certain, they were able to infiltrate the Ereceptionist app. There's no other explanation. Ereceptionist is not equipped to deal with it.

I tried to buy a phone lines-no transparency-be aware
I tried to buy a system and they said no phone lines only WhatsApp chat support..did WhatsApp chat and lady called shanika said over text that you can’t buy unlimited you can’t get a 020 number..you can’t talk to us over phone ..you can’t register your business over WhatsApp as we have done . Extra charges for everything..no transparency at all ..pathetic service…please be aware and don’t go for it at any cost …you will get same unlimited package for the fraction of price from vonage or bonline ..way better

Shocking communication and system
I updated my contact details endless times and they confirmed they had done this, at each time, and failed to actually do so. Absolute shocking communication, lines are always going down, same as the app - constant issues. Whatsapp communication is shocking, no understanding whatsoever. I have been trying to port over to another phone system for months now, and due to them being this incompetent I am still unable to do so. It's no wonder everyone is leaving this service.

Useless waste of money
Useless waste of money, they stopped my phone system working charged me £14.50 per month and now I have nothing and I can’t even log into my account

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. We had a contract to pay £100 per annum for a telephone number, which was honoured for many years. In the last two years, without any notification the company has increased the amount by 37% and taken money without authorisation. They have refused to refund the unauthorised increase and the matter is now in dispute.
