Completely Unusable Service & Arrogant Support

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company operates with zero integrity. I purchased an eSIM that completely failed to connect to local networks due to backend issues on THEIR end. When I reached out to customer support, a rep named "Steve" was unbelievably arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility and issuing a proper refund to my original payment method for a service they FAILED to provide, they tried to force a useless "store credit" on me. To make it even more insulting, they had the audacity to deduct a $0.50 "administration fee" for their own technical failure! They take your money, deliver a broken product, refuse to give your cash back, and treat you with extreme arrogance when you ask for a fair resolution. Save your money, protect your credit card, and go to a reputable provider. Absolute garbage-tier service.

Complete ripoff

Complete ripoff, bought a sim, activated it while outside the area, never used it and when I entered the area I was told it was on hold for abuse - rather use Airalo, easy to use and they don’t rip you off!

Good for a one-off eSIM/ WARNING Recurring service

Good for a one-off eSIM – I wouldn’t choose the recurring option I’ve used eSIM.net successfully and think it works well for a one-off eSIM. However, my experience of the recurring service exposed a significant weakness in its notification system. The subscription renews every 30 days, while the data allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month. This is disclosed when you move to a recurring plan, but customers need to understand the practical consequences of those two cycles being different. More importantly, eSIM.net confirmed to me that they do not send: * a reminder before an automatic renewal payment; * a warning when you are approaching your data allowance; or * a notification when your allowance has been exhausted. You can check your data usage online, but eSIM.net also confirmed that this information does not update in real time. That combination is the problem for me. With a recurring mobile-data service, I would expect to be warned that my data is running low or has run out, and to receive advance notification of an upcoming payment. Having to monitor it yourself is particularly unsatisfactory when the usage information isn’t real-time. Their Complaints Department was prompt and courteous, and they told me they are considering a solution for data-usage notifications, which is positive. My verdict: good for a one-off eSIM, but I wouldn’t currently recommend the recurring service.

I purchased an SMS-only eSIM

Though I experienced difficulties in connecting my eSim in the beginning, thanks to the professional support from their customer care and technical support I did manage to connect it. Thank you!

I’ve had a disappointing experience…

I’ve had a disappointing experience with eSIM.net. I’ve been paying to keep a UK number active, but I receive spam/scam calls from different UK numbers almost every day. I contacted customer support and was told that UK operators recycle numbers and that I should simply block the calls. That isn’t really a solution when the calls come from different numbers each time, and silencing unknown callers could also mean missing legitimate calls. Customer service were polite, but unfortunately not very helpful, and I don’t feel the service has been worth the money.
