I have been a client at Este Medical since March 2026, and have found the service and staff to be excellent! I’ve always been greeted with a smile and warmth; and treated with the upmost respect. I have frequently seen Shirin who has looked after me during my washes and laser treatments - she is always helpful and polite. I truly recommend Este! x

I’ve had an amazing experience with Este Medical Group from my very first consultation with Bilkis. The entire team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. Zara and Zhyan at the desk have always been so helpful, while Flutra, Paria, Irena, Shirin, and Forough have been fantastic throughout my microneedling and red light therapy sessions. Everyone has made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I’m extremely happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Este Medical Group to others!

I’ve been coming to Este for about 3…
I’ve been coming to Este for about 3 years and had my transplant in Aug26. There was no pressure to do the transplant and the team made sure my hair loss was stabilised and that I was ready. I eventually had my transplant in the Istanbul clinic and it was seamless, as if I were in London. I had 7 days of post op treatment there and the final 3 days in London. The experience has been fantastic and I am very pleased, now to just wait! A special mention to Bilkis, Forough, Sherrin and Irina who look after me in the London clinic and I always look forward to coming in! Every member of the team are a joy to spend time with and I would recommend Este to anyone!
