I had bonus spin and I did well. Made it though the play though. It said it was eligible for withdrawal and they won't pay out the 87 usd.

They made it right! I bought their spins for life almost a year ago which gives you 15 spins a day on a specific game. I won a little and got through the play through requirements and when I went to cash out they voided my winnings because I hadn't made a deposit. Granted I made a deposit to play only 5 days ago and a payment on the day of is not listed as a payout requirement. I tried talking to someone on live chat and they ignored me so I emailed them asking what's the point of selling a promotion like that if they're going to void any winnings for rules they want to make up as they go. I've yet to get a response.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a casino. I think the only live support option is ai, or it might as well be for how unhelpful they are. I’d used a promotion for low or no wager bonus and was told when I went to redeem that the bonus amount has to stay in the account. Even though I completed all playthrough. What is the purpose of the deposit bonus if that amount is forever locked to stay in the account at minimum? My withdrawal has been rejected probably eight times for various reasons. There’s no slot selection hardly as it’s all RTG which is just dated and slow in my opinion. Horrible experience.

🚩 Red Flag – Stay Away From This Website In my experience, this site feels completely dishonest. I won $246, completed all of the wagering requirements, and when I went to withdraw, they told me only $244 was withdrawable while $246 was listed as playable balance. During the promotion, table games were completely restricted. You couldn't even open them, so there was no way to accidentally use promotional funds on restricted games. I submitted a withdrawal for $244, leaving $2 in my account. After the withdrawal was pending, the table games were suddenly available again because the promotional restrictions were gone. I used that remaining $2 on a table game. Without warning, they canceled my entire withdrawal and confiscated all of my winnings over that $2 bet. If table games were prohibited during the promotion, why were they made available immediately afterward without any warning that doing so would void my withdrawal? This experience makes it seem like the rules are designed to trap players and give the casino an excuse to seize legitimate winnings. I completed the wagering requirements exactly as required, yet they still found a reason to take everything. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this site. Read the terms very carefully and be aware that you could lose your winnings over what appears to be a minor action after completing all wagering requirements.
