When the investment facade dropped overnight, I thought I had ruined my family’s future by trusting those fake testimonials. Thankfully, Prorecoup helped guide us through the aftermath. Their structured legal approach forced the scammers' merchant accounts to be frozen, helping us reclaim our peace of mind when we needed it most.

Wish I could grade a 0. It's the worst trading platform and the worst customer support experience I've ever had BY FAR. It seems their support team is measured on how fast can they close a ticket instead of solving the issue. And the team have no idea how things work: support agents constantly contradict each other, it's a mess. They can't commit to anything nor provide an expected resolution time. It's actually pathetic, they should shut down the whole thing.

Closing my account took more time than expected, and I received inconsistent information from different agents. After researching online. I decided to try 100Solid LLC. So far. The results have matched what I was told. Payments have been quick and consistent in both directions.

I opened an account with them because they appeared to be a professional and established investment service. I deposited a significant amount of money and initially had no reason to believe there would be any problems with my account. The situation changed when I noticed activity that I hadn't authorized. Someone appeared to have gained access to my account, and part of my funds was taken. The total amount affected was approximately $58,000. I immediately contacted them and explained that the transactions had not been authorized by me. I expected them to investigate the activity and secure my account, but instead, my account was frozen and I was unable to access my remaining funds. I continued contacting them and provided information about the suspicious activity, including transaction details and records showing when I had reported the issue. Despite this, I wasn't getting the resolution I needed, and the situation became increasingly stressful. I eventually contacted M0nter𝚊sec Online and provided them with the documentation I had collected. They helped me organize the information surrounding the unauthorized access, the disputed transactions, and the subsequent account freeze. Following the review, the platform ultimately accepted that the unauthorized activity had not been caused by me. The affected funds were returned, and the restrictions on my account were removed.

BEWARE THE SNARLING, CLUELESS GATEKEEPERS CLEVERLY DISGUISED AS "CUSTOMER SERVICE" REPS! I had hoped to open an account and keep some of my retirement money safely under the FDIC insurance umbrella after I exceeded the standard insurable amount. I opened an account with E*Trade even though I wanted just a regular HYSA. Apparently long ago when I was shopping brokerages I started the process with E*Trade but forgot all about it for a few years. In any case, I went ahead and opted for a Personal Savings account. I made my initial transfer to fund my account and felt pretty good about that. A few days later I decided I wanted to pay some bills, so I tried (in the app) transferring a little of that money over to my Wells Fargo account. App would not let me for some strange reason, so I called (HUGE mistake but what was I to do?) E*Trade's main CS number. I was on the phone with them FOR SEVEN HOURS. Zero progress was made. They required me on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS to provide realtime identification which consists of uploading a photo of your ID AND taking a selfie, and then two three-way phone calls to have my originating bank identify me...then they suddenly made "a business decision to no longer service the account". Yes, you read that correctly: THEY DROPPED ME. I then decided that I wanted to get my money out of there as quickly as possible, and began a wire transfer to Wells Fargo for the entire amount, it started out and then got cancelled. I was told upon my 30th phone call to these morons that I needed to wire my money back to my originating bank. As I was stressed out beyond belief, I decided to wait until the next day to call one of the several numbers for higher-ups and luckily, I reached one Eric a "Relationship Manager", who quickly initiated a wire transfer to my bank of origin and my money was finally safely back where I could access it. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER, EVER been treated so poorly in all my life by a financial institution. I have since closed my account. You would think that, with a name known 'round the world like Morgan Stanley, and based on the HUNDREDS of one-star, horrible reviews they've received, that they would have come up with a new and improved protocol for treating their customers. BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
