Although I put my reg in the system the battery they sent was not the right one for my car. Luckily a mechanic lives next door and he was able to adapt it. However the delivery service was very quick

ONE STAR is too much to give to this thieving scamming company the owner and the partners who own the company is going to burn over and over in hell, how can the government let a company like Europe car park get away with this kind of outrageous behaviour so long, Europe car park took extra parking payments out of my bank account, on more than one occasion, I tried to get my money back by going true the right channels but he crooks refuse to pay my money back, no one is going to do nothing, it’s ok for this to happy to people this is the wonderful life of living in the uk people don’t care it’s not happening to them, I am sure I am not the only one this has happen to, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AFTER YOU PAID FOR YOUR PARKING, WHEN USING EURO CAR PARK, it’s been a while and I tried to get my money because Euro car park I ignored me its now charging interest

Website is great
Website is great . Put in registration and place order. But when you go to collect you can be stuck in a que with a long wait. Why not have a self checkin barcode reader in store? (Barcode emailed to custome).

Would not use this company again
I received an email stating my order had arrived in store. Travelled to the store and stood for over 30 mins in a queue to be told that infact it hadn’t arrived. I tried to call the store on numerous occasions a few days later to see if it had now arrived and was unable to speak to anyone. I also tried to make contact via the online form on the website and again no reply. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend or use this company again!

Used to be a decent business to deal with but now it’s not anymore. Drove over to collect a simple part, smallest purchase I’ve ever done with euro parts but hopeless. Stood behind someone who had been given the wrong part because their system seemingly had given the wrong part, and they couldn’t do anything about it .. I was told that my part hadn’t arrived yet so I waited outside for 40 minutes and then went back to collect it as told, but then someone else at the desk told me that the delivery was not going to be coming today and I couldn’t cancel it and they weren’t able to change anything on the system for the orders. Couldn’t cancel it or do anything about it. Dealing with so many other organisations where staff are able to access their own systems and respond with solutions shows that they have significant problems with their IT infrastructure and it’s going to cost them business. In other organisations especially in building and electrical supply services it is clear that their are ways to work around issues and communication with customers can be better and less painful. Sad that this company used to be a game changer but now has lost its way. Needs some serious reconsideration about how to organise itself, clearly management and organisational failures in this company. Will not use again especially when there are better alternatives out there who need the opportunity to do better business. So many organisations are failing with their services to buyers who have to vote with their feet 🤔😏
