Firma nie podejmuje przesyłki pomimo
Firma nie podejmuje przesyłki pomimo, że cały dzień siedziałam i czekałam. W informacji od nich otrzymałam info, że mój adres był błędny co było totalnym kłamstwem, mam monitoring i mogę to udowodnić. Jedyna dobrą rzeczą jest to że dostałam szybki zwrot kosztów po anulowaniu orderu ale uwaga!!! potrącają 6e za anulowanie i zwrot kosztów!!!! Szczerze nie polecam tej firmy i omijajcie ją szerokim łukiem, jest kilka innych które są rzetelne.

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company. I paid for the service and they did not come to pick up the package, saying I was not home (i was) i even paid gor second attempt, but they did not come, not even on third attempt. I was home all three days but they just never picked up the package and say they were unable to come. They don’t want to give money back. Crazy

Incompetent company!!
Incompetent company!!! They lost my delivery worth €600. Which was insured for €100 only. I took the risk. However my claim of the insured amain was confirmed they decided again differntly because i had no picture of the parcel.

They didnt pick up the parcel
They didnt pick up the parcel. Sad it was wrong adress...but it was not! Never payed back the amount nor replied on emails! Not the first time its problem with them. Using seur insted. No third part and always pick up and deliver on time!
