I had the worst experience with this…

I had the worst experience with this company, they are not honest, the product is not at all what you see on the website, I paid the VAT., the TV was suppose to come from Europe, but it was delivered from CHINA and I had to pay the taxes, they said they will refund, THEY NEVER DID.

I bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in…

I bought an Evervue Ocea Pro in 32-inch. This TV cost over $2k and didn't come with a manual. There should be a manual included that explained how the product worked, how to troubleshoot, and that ALL connections need to be checked prior to installation. Also, the manual should tell you to buy a wifi repeater upfront, so you don't have issues with that. We paid to have the TV mounted in our shower only to find out the sound was not working. When I emailed and told them I could not get the sound working, they asked for pictures of the back panel, videos, etc. but the TV was already installed so we had to remove it from the wall to check everything. They did respond every time but there was a delay due to time differences. So frustrating! We finally did the issue fixed and the TV seems to be working ok now. The remote is also hard to use so make sure you get the touchscreen. Just understand that there is no live customer service.

Arrogant, legally questionable

Arrogant. I was interested in buying one of their TVs from abroad. When I had a question their local office (Netherlands) referred me to the US. My concern was that their terms and conditions violated local laws. Specifically that a remote control was not covered by the product warranty (it is, the law covers the entire product including accessories). When I pointed this out they refused to look into it and were adamant that they were correct and I was not (I am, I checked with our consumer’s society where I’m a member). I can’t tell you whether or not to do business with these people. But I can tell you that you will face this kind of attitude if something goes wrong. Als reading their responses and (alleged) legal threats in response to reviews… made me buy from a competitor. Further update: they attempted to flag this review as defamatory.

Cosmos TV not fit for purpose

The Cosmos TV we received is not fit for purpose and is very poor quality. We requested a refund and no one wants to talk to you. Evervue please respond….

The problem you described is caused due to incorrect installation of the outdoor TV, which was confirmed when you sent pictures to our Technical Support Team. The Cosmos Outdoor TV is designed for outdoor use and requires continuous power connection for its active temperature control system to circulate airflow. This addresses the issue you mentioned about fans turning on when connecting the TV to power, which is normal when exposed to sunlight for a long time. The fans will even turn on when the TV is not in use when the temperature within the unit gets above a certain level. Additionally, installing the cap is essential for improved visibility in direct sunlight along with the anti-glare tempered glass. As stated in our terms and conditions that we published on our website, (https://www.evervue.co.uk/terms/), consumers in the UK have the right to return qualified orders if the product does not meet their expectations. Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are always final and never refundable, which your purchase falls under. Furthermore, the order was delivered to you on May 9th, and 5 weeks later, we received your request to return the product, with threats of legal action right after. Your designated sales person explained to you that your purchase does not qualify for a return/refund and advised you to contact our Technical Support Team for any questions. Our Technical Support Team operates from Monday to Friday. It may take approximately 1-2 business days for our team to thoroughly assess each inquiry and provide appropriate guidance for issue resolution. During this period, we observed a concerning pattern of unusual, disparaging, and harmful emails, actions, and communications originating from your end, directed not only towards Evervue UK Ltd but also to other Evervue entities worldwide. Furthermore, it has come to our attention that you have attempted to contact our employees via social media and have actively engaged in commenting on our social media pages, as early as 7 AM UK time on the same weekend you posted this review (all of this escalated very quickly). We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and advise them against responding to such communications in order to allow us to thoroughly evaluate the situation and seek a resolution that serves your best interests. At Evervue, we take great pride in our global workforce and our recent milestone of completing two decades in the industry. We regret to note that your review appears to be aimed at tarnishing the reputation we have diligently established over these twenty years, seemingly driven by your desire for a refund after a five-week period.
