Yes, a scam website
yep, scammed me too. I knew my visa was about to expire so I trusted the email and just "renew". But the moment the guy called me asking me for more details and spammed me with many emails to add more info, I realized I was scammed. Fortunately it cost me "only" $71, before realizing it

Totally scammed me- don't even know how I went onto their website to apply for the ESTA because it looks exactly the same as the official US government website which I have used before

Sadly we never check these things…
Sadly we never check these things before making the mistake! You can check the status of the application on the official website and lucky for me the ESTA I have received is authorised and real - I am just $100 out of pocket - feel such a fool but these dreadful people are very convincing - don't know how they sleep at night.

avoid at all costs
avoid at all costs. the website looks like the real thing for gaining USA Visa, but they said after complaining that they're a 3rd party and do not explain this at any point of the customer journey. should cost $21 for the ETSA, they charged $120 without notice. luckily we picked this up as a pending charge and cancelled the charge as fraudulent with our bank. we resubmitted a new application which cancelled the old one (the USA must know its a big problem to set that process up!) by going through the link on virgin website and you can tell the difference with multi-authentication for emails etc which EVISA did nothing of the sort.
