I ordered and paid for a package which I didn't receive. Several emails about it followed but because I don't pay via Google Pay I can forget about my money and my package. So they are thieves or at best incompetent. Too incompetent to track and trace a payment inspite of having the transfer details from my bank. Or just thieves. Take your pick.

One of the biggest issues in Evony isn’t game mechanics—it’s the way toxic behaviour is often tolerated when it comes from players who spend heavily. Bullying, harassment, constant insults, and disruptive behaviour should be taken seriously regardless of a player’s spending habits. Unfortunately, too often complaints are ignored, minimised, or quietly brushed aside because the individuals involved happen to be heavy coiners. This creates the impression that there are two sets of rules: one for ordinary players, and another for those who generate revenue. That approach damages the community far more than any in-game conflict ever could. Players don’t leave because they lose battles—they leave because they lose faith that the environment is fair and respectful. When toxic behaviour is repeatedly excused, it sends a message that money outweighs sportsmanship and that respectful players are expected to simply tolerate abuse. A healthy server depends on consistent moderation, not selective enforcement. Every player, regardless of how much they spend, should be held to the same standards of conduct. Supporting the game financially should never become a licence to intimidate others or create a hostile atmosphere. Evony has an incredible community and enormous potential, but maintaining that community requires treating reports of bullying with the seriousness they deserve. Fairness, accountability, and respect are what keep players engaged in the long run—not the amount someone has spent on the game.

I submitted multiple reports to Top Games regarding confirmed account transfer/account sharing violations within Evony. What concerns me most is not simply the player misconduct itself, but the contradictory enforcement responses provided by Top Games throughout the support process. During the ticket correspondence, Top Games support explicitly confirmed in writing that: * violations had been identified; * penalties had been imposed; * and enforcement action had been taken. However, despite those acknowledgements, the same transferred account continued operating actively in-game under a different player. Support later began stating that “no issues have been identified,” directly contradicting their earlier written confirmations. The issue was repeatedly escalated with screenshots, timelines, and supporting evidence, yet responses eventually became generic policy statements that failed to address the contradiction between: 1. previously confirmed violations and penalties; and 2. later claims that no issues existed. For a competitive game that encourages substantial player spending while advertising fairness and competitive integrity, inconsistent enforcement like this seriously undermines player trust. I have retained full records of the correspondence and escalated the matter externally due to the lack of a clear and internally consistent resolution from Top Games.

am writing to you today to share my experience with the game "Evony." As a veteran player who has invested a significant amount of time and thousands of dollars into this game, I feel it is my duty to share my experience regarding hacking, threats, organized extortion, account theft, and trading operations. A dangerous environment is currently growing within the game's community; organized networks are no longer content with merely "playing the game," but have begun targeting high-value accounts using doxxing tactics and real-life intimidation. Most players who spend substantial sums and participate in major battles congregate on Discord for voice communication. Based on my personal experience, individuals managed to hack into my devices and gain access to my personal information and family photos—including details about my home and family members. I was subjected to intense pressure to hand over my account to their automated networks. I was in a state of extreme distress and offered no resistance; I acceded to their demands because a game account valued at $15,000 is simply not worth the risk of having my private information leaked onto the Dark Web where it would be impossible to ever erase. It simply isn't worth the risk. What is most alarming about this situation is the complete indifference shown by the game's support team. I provided clear evidence—including screenshots of the threats, chat logs between myself and the perpetrators, and every piece of information I possessed—with the specific aim of protecting other players in the future, so that they would not have to face the same fate. Driven by a moral and humanitarian imperative, I felt compelled to issue a warning, stating: "Hello, folks. Horrific things are taking place within your game. It resembles organized crime, and the game environment is no longer safe. The response I received consisted of: Dismissiveness, a complete abdication of responsibility, and a total lack even of the bare minimum of ethics and professionalism. They suggested that I "contact local authorities," while simultaneously refusing to take any internal action against the individuals implicated in these crimes. There is absolutely no security; the developers possess no specialized security protocols to protect players from harassment and direct targeting. Consequently, we encounter players who possess dozens of high-level accounts accounts that originally belonged to legitimate players. How were these accounts acquired? Were they purchased? No one in their right mind would choose to buy ten accounts each valued between $500 and $1,000 on the same server, especially given that it is impossible to play on all of them simultaneously; not to mention that concentrating one's funds and efforts on a single account significantly accelerates its growth and development. The truth is that the vast majority of these accounts were seized—one way or another. Before you spend another single cent: If you were to be targeted or threatened in the real world because of this game, would this company offer you any support? Based on my experience, the answer is: No absolutely not. At best, they might send a warning message to the offending player—a message that carries absolutely no real weight. Indeed, some players have received dozens upon dozens of such messages, yet they pose no meaningful threat whatsoever

Banned my alt, and wouldn't help fix the issue. Suggested I create a new account on a new server instead. Customer service has always been difficult and slow.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
