I deposited funds into my account and subsequently requested to withdraw the unused balance. Before processing my withdrawal, the operator requested identity verification documents, which I provided in full. After successfully completing verification, I was informed that I would be required to wager my deposit three times before being permitted to withdraw my own money. No bonus was involved and the funds I was attempting to withdraw had not been staked. I am a recovering gambling addict and made a deposit by mistake and had gambling blocks on my account.  The UK Gambling Commission's guidance states that a customer's un-staked deposits remain their property and that customers should be able to withdraw their deposit balance without restriction except where necessary to comply with regulatory obligations. Despite this, the operator has refused to return my unspent deposited funds unless I first gamble them. I find this practice unfair and contrary to the standards that customers should expect from a licensed operator. I have complied with every request made by the operator and am simply seeking the return of my own unspent deposited funds. I have sent countless emails and have been ignored. I speak to live chat and the just say to send and email as they cannot help.

Thinking a Scam

I have sent at least 15 documents to get my withdrawal and each.time it is rejected and then they ask for either a picture or screenshot. I have even been told 3 times I would receive my withdrawal still have not. My next course of action (feeling there is no choice) but to contact the gaming commission
