The chair was so easy to put together and now after months, it is a joy to sit in. Affordable class is always welcome.

Stain right out of the box, horrible customer service
Paid $496 that arrived with a stain right on the white part of the chair. Having experienced something similar with another gaming brand before where they simply sent out the replacement piece, I took pictures and finished assembling the chair. I emailed E-Win customer service the pictures and instead of sending out a replacement for the backrest (where the stain was) they instead told me to disassemble the chair and ship back the whole thing because they somehow had a whole chair to send me but not the backrest. For almost paying $500, this company is a joke. Don’t bother buying from this brand.

For the short term I thought my E-win…
For the short term I thought my E-win racing chair was amazing. In the long term, I had to replace the seat bottom because it completely flattened out and the structure broke in 1 place, the 5 star base bent, and one of the casters broke all within 3 years of owning it. Upon requesting some way of obtaining replacement parts, I was basically told that I couldn't be helped.

Tried to order a chair from their website. Got an email saying the chair was out of stock, they can send an XL for only $50 more if I send the money to a PayPal account that was a Gmail.com email address. I did not trust this so I emailed them directly. They said that was a real email from them. It was really unprofessional and looked like a scam email. I said no. The XL would be way too big and maybe they should not have items on the website that are out of stock. They said they would cancel my order and refund the money. Well 15 days later still no refund so again I emailed them and got an email saying my order was canceled. Then another saying the purchase was already refunded. It was not but a few hours later I got another notice that the order was canceled and the money was refunded to my credit card. Ewin is extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. Will never try them again and I do not recommend.

Comfortable and easy to build
Chair shipped very quickly and undamaged. The assembly was really easy and had really good visual aids included to make it a breeze. The chair itself is very comfortable which is good because I spend several hours a day in it. Love the magnetic headrest! I wish the lumbar pad was, too but it's great just the same. Also like that it's easy to clean up in case of spills.
