Horrible Experience at Extended Stay…
Horrible Experience at Extended Stay America suites, Dallas, Greenville Ave! I prebooked, prepaid and when I arrived the "night manager" blatantly refused to help us. Told us there is no more rooms and did not want to hear anything about already having paid for a room! She could barely speak English, did not look like a manager (poorly dressed and groomed) - STILL waiting for feedback on a refund

The hotel is in Englewood, CO on Geddes Av. When we arrived, they did not have our confirmed room available. They said it had been vandalized and the windows were broken. I had to call booking.com just to have them reassign another room (so sorry, should have left right then!! The bathroom had a fist mark in the door, the walls had brown stains or blood, not sure, and odor akin to sewer and electrical burning. I asked for bleach and disinfectant, they said they didn't have any. WHAT! The sheets were so thin you could see the design in the mattress, no bed pad. Then I saw roaches, EEK! I called booking.com to ask then to transfer my reservations to another hotel. They advised they don't do that and it was too late for a refund. We stayed while I desperately searched for another hotel. The next day I work up with bite marks on my arms and legs. I took pictures. This place should be condemned!! Do not stay here!! Fran

Roach infested room during stay at Extended Stay…
During our stay at Extended Stay America in Santa Clara June 17 to July 5, San Jose located at 2131 Gold Street, San Jose 95002 adult and baby roaches in were observed in numerous quantities indicating an infestation. Management (Ekindra) was useless and late night front desk did not speak English. Claim for re-move and damages went to Broadspire claims which is playing games and red tape to reimburse nothing for moving again and laundry of roach infested clothes. Stay in your car if you have to and spend the next day looking for a decent place. DO NOT stay here for any reason...

Dishonest Staff, Refused Confirmed Booking, and Left My Family Stranded
I booked a room for my family at Extended Stay America Select Suites Detroit Farmington Hills for July 10–11 via Expedia back on May 19, and the reservation was fully confirmed. After driving 7 hours from Iowa to Michigan with my family on July 10, we arrived at the hotel only to be told by the front desk operator that they had no booking for us. I showed him my confirmation number and proved that I had even messaged the hotel prior to leaving home. The front desk staff member was extremely rude and flatly refused to give us a room, claiming there had been a water leak and that all reservations were cancelled. He stated we were never notified because we booked through Expedia. He did not offer a single apology. Instead, he gave us the address for a nearby Red Roof motel, which turned out to be completely unsuitable for a family. As a result, we were forced to find and book another hotel at the last minute, paying steep premium rates. To make matters worse, two of my cousins checked into this exact same Extended Stay location later that evening. The only difference? They had booked directly through the hotel website instead of Expedia. The front desk clearly lied to us and gave our room away to someone else for a higher rate. When I called Expedia to report this, they refused to take action or even register my complaint. Both the hotel management and Expedia handled this situation with total disregard for their customers. Save yourself the stress and avoid this hotel.

House of horrors
House of horrors! I booked 3 nights at the Tallahassee location and gave up my money it was so bad. All appliances are severely rusted. No soap, or trash can. FILTHY with german roaches. Loitering drug dealers near the entrance.
