This has been horrible and there is no support
My experience with this service has been very bad. I was unable to get any core features working despite repeated attempts. The support resources were not helpful in my case. The community forum would not let me post a topic or discussion, so I wasn't able to ask for assistance there. I also could not get the ads.txt feature to connect, and the integration I was trying to use never worked. Overall, I was unable to get the application functioning as expected. Because I couldn't access working support or resolve these issues, I wasn't able to use the service for its intended purpose. Nothing about this platform works properly and there is no customer service. What could possibly go wrong besides everything about it?

Six perfect months, followed by a regrettable technical opacity
My experience with Ezoic started out great: for the first six months, everything was perfect, backed by a responsive and helpful support team. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse regarding transparency. After facing vague claims of "invalid traffic" blocking my account on their end, I directly contacted the official Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange support team to get a clear answer. Google's verdict was definitive: my account is perfectly clean, completely compliant, and my ads are fully validated. Despite providing this official proof to Ezoic, their support chose to unilaterally close my ticket without providing any technical explanation or counter-argument. It is highly regrettable that an ad optimization platform refuses professional dialogue and contradicts Google's own official data. I strongly advise independent publishers to remain cautious.

My experience with Ezoic has been extremely disappointing. The review process is painfully slow, customer support is almost impossible to reach, and worst of all, the platform can negatively impact your site's performance and user experience.

Dire - Avoid
They reach out and promised lots - so I gave them a second chance. More fool me. They are utterly terrible. They deliver nothing but an iffy app and abysmal support. Avoid.
