A Truly Amazing Experience From Start…
A Truly Amazing Experience From Start to Finish I recently travelled to Turkey for treatment through Ezwell, and I cannot praise the team enough for the care and support I received throughout my journey. Even before I arrived, my flight was delayed, which could have made things stressful, but the Ezwell team quickly rearranged everything to suit the new arrival time. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and I felt looked after from the very beginning. A special thank you to my coordinator, Basak, who was absolutely lovely. She was always available to answer questions, keep me informed, and ensure everything ran smoothly. No matter what I needed, nothing was ever a problem. The airport transfers, consultations, hospital stay, and hotel arrangements were all extremely well organised. Communication whilst I was in the hotel was excellent, and I always knew who to contact if I needed help or reassurance. I would also like to thank Fatima, my surgical nurse, who was wonderful throughout my treatment. She was always on hand whenever I needed her and made me feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every step of the way. The hospital staff were professional and caring, the facilities were modern and spotless, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I've only just arrived home, and honestly, I'm already going to miss everyone. One of the things that has impressed me most is that the support hasn't stopped now that I've left Turkey. I've already received messages checking on my recovery, which shows that patients aren't simply forgotten once they return home. Thank you to Basak, Fatima, and the entire Ezwell team for making what could have been a daunting experience feel so easy and reassuring. I would highly recommend Ezwell to anyone considering treatment abroad

Excellent Service and Support From Arrival to Departure
I visited on 24th December 2025 and I honestly couldn’t fault the service from Ezwell Health Tourism Agency. Ezwell and the entire team were incredibly helpful, informative, and supportive throughout the whole process. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, they made sure I was looked after and comfortable at every stage. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the team were always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. I would highly recommend Ezwell Health Tourism Agency to anyone considering treatment abroad. Thank you again to Ezwell and the team for such a positive experience.

Otoplasty surgery arrangements for overseas patient
I had a very positive experience with Ezwell Health Tourism Agency in Izmir for my otoplasty surgery arrangement. From the moment I arrived, everything was professionally organised and stress-free. The Ezwell team arranged airport pick-up smoothly and made me feel comfortable straight away. During the consultation process, they explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt confident before the surgery. Throughout my 5-day stay, the care and support from the team were excellent. They arranged all transportation between the hotel, clinic, and follow-up appointments. After each post-surgery check-up, they also ensured I was safely dropped back at my hotel, which made recovery much easier and more relaxing. Communication was always quick and helpful, and the follow-up care after the surgery was very attentive. The team regularly checked on my recovery and made sure everything was healing properly. I truly appreciated how organised, caring, and professional the entire Ezwell team was from beginning to end — from airport transfer, consultation, surgery arrangements, post-op follow-ups, until the final airport drop-off before returning home. I would highly recommend Ezwell Health Tourism Agency to anyone considering medical treatment in Izmir.
