FACEGO. BEWARE!!!!! They are big cheats. I opted for a free trial and on the 6th day they charged me $129 informed me later. They're not refunding as it's not their policy as they claim. I'm not at all satisfied with their exercises as they are quite useless. I won't spare them till they pay.

They are fraudsters.
They are fraudsters. They have withdrawn 99 USD from my account. We did not order that course: "A complete program for natural rejuvenation with the support of a trainer, weekly master classes and facial diagnostics. Access for 12 months $99.00" We paid only $1.99 ($2.95 CAD) for: Online course "Esthetic facial taping" × 1 $1.99 (C$2.95) "A complete program for natural rejuvenation with the support of a trainer, weekly master classes and facial diagnostics. Access for 12 months × 1" was for C$0.00.

Misleading Practices and Unauthorized Charges Review: I had a very negative experience with FaceGoBot (TrainerChatBot LLC). I initially purchased a promotional product for 9 dollars. A week later, without my consent, they charged me 129 dollars for an annual subscription to a course I never agreed to. At no point during the purchase process was it clearly stated that I would be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription. They claim this was part of their terms, but such policies were not transparent or obvious at the time. Their advertising promises a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're dissatisfied with the product, but when I contacted customer support to request a refund, they refused to honor it. I never accessed or used the course, yet they charged me for an entire year and refused to help. This company engages in misleading marketing, hidden subscriptions, and poor customer service. I strongly advise others to avoid FaceGoBot and their products (TrainerChatBot LLC).
