Be careful of this c company do not order anything from them. They are a scam and a fraud. I I waited for my order two months and no updates at all, when I do try to email their customer service I get an instant reply from a bot promising that I will get my refund in 72 hours but of course to no avail. It has now been more time and I have tried to contact them through their Instagram. They said they would issue me a refund but stopped replying. I saw them deleting comments off of their ig post about people stating their bad experiences. BEWARE!!!!

Extrem enttäuschende Qualität. Die Kleidung sieht auf den Bildern deutlich hochwertiger aus als in Wirklichkeit. Der Stoff fühlt sich billig an, die Verarbeitung ist mangelhaft und bereits nach kurzer Zeit waren erste Abnutzungserscheinungen sichtbar. Die Passform entspricht zudem nicht den angegebenen Größen. Für den Preis habe ich wesentlich mehr erwartet. Rückgabe und Kundenservice waren ebenfalls nicht besonders hilfreich. Werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann den Shop überhaupt nicht empfehlen

Disappointed- a SCAM
It says on the website that the package should be sent 2-5 days from purchase to Poland. Despite placing my order 2 weeks ago it still hasn’t been sent and when i write to ask why, the bot answers the same thing over and over about making my order a priority yet nothing actually happens.

I placed order on 21 january and i got my package today after 58 days and i had many problems with getting ANY informations from this company i wrote like a hundred emails about my package and every time i was treated like an air i was told many times that my package was gonna get prioritised and nothing really happened overall i got my order i don’t recommend any interaction with this company and its management

Worst online shop expertise and customer service
Honestly I wouldn’t even give the one star purely for the shocking customer service and delivery times. It took over a month to receive the coat. It is a shame as the design of the coat is nice however it came damaged and after not only a week of use both elastics broke from the inside of the coat aswell as bobbling. After constant repeated emails I managed to settle on a partial refund however that was never received I have tried repeatedly to contact the shop and receive an exchange. I ordered this back in October it is now mid march and I still have not recieved anything. Whenever I email the company I receive the same email over an over explaining it is being seen by senior management and saying the same things yet no exchange. I had never experienced such shocking and shameful customer service in all my life. If I had known buying a coat bought all this hassle I would of avoided
