My experience with FairArt was Excellent!
My experience with FairArt was excellent. Emelyn helped with the tracking from England to San Antonio, TX. The art came very well wrapped and there was absolutely no damage. Emelyn responded to all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the transaction. Thank you Emelyn and FairArt! We love our art!!

Another great purchase on the FairArt platform. Easy to use website, and the buying process so easy. Customer service is outstanding and the team reply to emails quickly and get the job done. My purchase was despatched quickly (same day). Highly recommended for your art related purchases.

White-glove service from start to finish
I had an excellent experience with FairArt purchasing an art piece. They helped me through the entire process — working with the gallery, handling payment, helping negotiate the purchase, arranging framing, and ultimately coordinating delivery. What impressed me most was how completely they took ownership of the experience. I even had a holiday in the middle of the process, and they kept everything moving seamlessly. The framer they recommended was also excellent; when they noticed an issue with the frame, they proactively delayed delivery rather than compromise on quality. The finished piece arrived perfectly. It genuinely felt like white-glove service from beginning to end. Professional, thoughtful, responsive, and extremely attentive to the details. I’m very appreciative of how well they took care of everything and would highly recommend FairArt.
