Not a good experience
Like James stated, we too are a small growing agency told we would have all these wonderful, value-add features - signed up for year and have barely used the system. Its not delivering what it was intended to when we signed up. We should have demanded a preview access to the system - but this wasn't apparently available to us so you had to 'sign the line' and expect to get what you were promised. Sadly what was promised was clearly under delivered. Falcon has no interest in fixing this or even just cancelling our sign up in the first couple weeks we realised it was no good. So now we're paying massive fees and not even using it basically. This is the perfect example of a company who has no interest in the relationship with the client, as long as they get their monthly fees.

Review their terms & be careful
Ok platform, but expensive and their contracts may trap you with an automatic renewal clause even if you are not using the platform. Be careful to read the small print in their contracts... We probably should have spotted it, but likewise they had no interest in supporting us once we were trapped in a new agreement which offered no value. Generally a negative experience.

Falcon is the only social media…
Falcon is the only social media software which enables us to manage lots of locations in the way we need to. We did an extended market research to find solutions to our management problem, and in no cases was there any other than falcon, who had the functionality, which I won't go into details with, but that I am sure no other has solved. In addition to this, the supportteam has been very helpful and flexible and therefore I can give my recommendations to Falcon both as a software and service.
