Ive been trying to collect my money via ach and for the second time in a row it gets reversed 8 days later and fanatics doesn't have a reason why they say it is paid talk to your bank and I talk to my bank and they have no idea what I'm talking about...I'm thinking this is just a scam where their Ai customer service leads you in a circle until you give up and they keep your money.avoid this company

I returned an order and Fanatics support persuaded me to take a store credit instead of a refund to my bank. I agreed in good faith. That credit has never worked. Every order I place with it fails to process and the items get dropped from my cart. (it has happened 3 tmies) Getting help has been its own ordeal: hour-long waits in their support queue, a callback that never came, and long stretches with no response at all. When I finally reached someone, I was told my account has a "verification issue." Nobody can tell me what needs to be verified, what triggered it, or why it blocks a credit Fanatics itself issued. Today I spent over an hour in their live chat. A rep named Ian created ticket 260829-M3V1M, then refused to send a simple email confirming the ticket exists. He offered to transfer me to a supervisor - then those messages were deleted from the chat. When I pointed out I had screenshots, he claimed supervisors are "only available by phone." Every path ends at a phone line with an obscene wait and the credit stays unusable. Archaic support, a broken credit system, and your money held hostage. Fanatics can't be trusted, buy from anywhere else.

Once this company gets a hold of your email, they SPAM, SPAM, SPAM you. Unsubscribing doesn't work, sending them to spam doesn't work on Google. They are relentless. I would suggest if you don't want 20 messages a day from them, you avoid them altogether.

Bonsoir Juste parce qu il faut mette une étoile . C est toujours moi qui est des soucis avec le maillot de mon fils après un autre lavage maintenat ce sont les écussons qui partent. Le maillot va être vierge de la doc en écusson. J ai payé plus de 145€ et voilà le résultat. Je rappelle qu il n y a plus d étoile et maintenant ce sont les écussons. Je suis très déçue c est honteux vu le prix c est grave

Paid $98.88 — merchandise never delivered and Fanatics refuses to refund I ordered a Stanford hoodie from the Stanford Athletics Official Online Store, operated by Fanatics, on May 27, 2026. I paid $98.88. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. Even the order information from Fanatics shows the package as “Shipped,” not “Delivered.” Fanatics refuses to refund my money or replace the item because I did not report the missing package within their 45-day deadline. So Fanatics has my $98.88, I have no merchandise, and their own information does not show that the package was ever delivered. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will dispute the charge with my credit-card company. Stanford fans should be aware that the Stanford Athletics Official Online Store is operated by Fanatics and this was my experience when an order never arrived. I will not purchase from them again.
