Top training, very very recommended
I’ve seen a lot of corporate training programs in my career, but most of them just scratch the surface with technical skills. Joining the UYTP has been a breath of fresh air. I’m already in talks with the team to bring their mindset training to our management group. In HR, we know that skills are only half the battle—resilience, energy, and leadership mindset are what actually drive productivity. Ihr startet euer Business, eure Mission gerade neu. Und das kam so deutlich r. Ich habe so viel Unterschiedliches wahr genommen. Eure Offenheit, Freundlichkeit, Umgang mit kleinen Missgeschicken, die ich so authentisch fand. Euer Bemühen, das Gegenüber wahrzunehmen, gleichzeitig euch zu präsentieren.... ich habe mich in dem Gespräch wohl gefühlt. Wenn ihr euch das bewahren könntet........ Eine wirkliche Kritik, also etwas, das für mich gar nicht geht, habe ich nicht. Aileen: Deine Kreativ-Skills mögen nicht die weltbesten sein (Kreise zeichnen), mich holen allerdings gerade so kleine Unperfektheiten ab. Ich mochte es sehr, dass ihr betont habt, selber Lernende zu sein. Ich habe mich nach dem Gespräch eure Homepage angeschaut und nicht begriffen, dass ich mich zum 2. x für das selbe Gespräch angemeldet habe; ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es thematisch um etwas anderes geht. Und dazu hier ein Tipp: veröffentlicht doch Sessions, wo ihr eure Arbeit nicht vorstellt, sondern "richtig" arbeitet. Wo ihr ein Thema beackert und man eure Arbeitsweise real kennen lernen kann. Es geht um Vertrauen, um wohl fühlen in den Gesprächen, nicht darum, die einzig richtige Technik kennen zu lernen. Man muss/will euch kennen lernen. Sollte mir noch etwas einfallen, suche ich den kurzen Weg über Whats-app zu Aileen:-)

Wonderful Experience!
I’ve been learning from Aylin for the past few weeks, and she has completely transformed my perspective on finances. For the first time in my life, I feel optimistic about my future financial situation. I’ve tried many different kinds of therapy over the years, and I’d always wanted to experience NLP. Working with Aylin has been an incredible opportunity. She’s taught me how to turn negative emotions into positive ones, how to better understand my past, and how to reshape my future. If you’re looking for someone who will truly support and guide you, Aylin is that person. She has walked me through so many moments in my life and different situations, helping me clearly see where my thought patterns were holding me back, and more importantly, how to fundamentally change them. Aylin is kind, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and deeply passionate about what she does. Her approach makes it easy to open up, feel supported, and truly trust the process of change. Because of this journey, I have felt so empowered and in control and have enjoyed applying everything I’ve learned from Aylin. I feel so much more in control of my life and far more confident receiving Aylin’s support. I have since made big and positive changes in my life in order to steer it in a better direction.
