It was a pleasure attending the Hiring training, both the main sessions with all participants and the workshops. I learned a great deal about creating compelling creatives and writing effective ad copy for Meta Ads about job ads. The funnel structure is well designed and easy to follow, providing a clear framework for attracting the right candidates. The templates and worksheets are particularly valuable, as they help you gain a deeper understanding of your company, your hiring needs, and your ideal candidates. One of my favorite resources was the benefits checklist, which is an excellent tool for identifying and highlighting all the benefits you can offer in your job postings. Overall, this training provides practical, actionable tools that can be implemented immediately to improve recruitment campaigns and hiring outcomes.

Früher war unsere Mitarbeitersuche ein bisschen wie Lotto: Einer kennt jemanden, der jemanden kennt und dann mal schauen... Für uns als wachsendes Start-up war das inzwischen zu wackelig, Indeed hat uns nicht überzeugt. Diana von Federleicht Finden kannte ich schon aus einem früheren Projekt, es war sofort Vertrauen da und wir haben den Umstieg auf Social Media zusammen angepackt. Und das hat bei uns den Unterschied gemacht! Es gab endlich schnelle Rückmeldungen und vor allem Verbindlichkeit. Mein Highlight: Alle (!) eingeladenen Kandidaten sind auch wirklich zum Termin vor Ort erschienen (bei Indeed oft nicht mal die Hälfte). Seitdem ist Bewerber finden für uns planbar und wir sind richtig happy - danke euch!
