FENESTA no service and customer orientation. Faulty products
Fellow citizens, If anyone is considering Fenesta for windows or doors, I would strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before placing an order. I placed an order worth several lakhs with Fenesta and have had a very disappointing experience. Despite paying 100% advance, including installation and transportation charges, I have struggled for nearly five months with deliveries and installation, and the work is still not fully completed or formally handed over. Some of the issues I have personally experienced include: - No clear order acknowledgement directly from Fenesta they operate thru dealers. - No firm or reliable delivery schedule infact no written commitment - very very Significant delays in delivery and installation. - No proper customer handover/acceptance process. - Deficiencies such as incorrect sizes, incorrect gaskets and unfinished drainage points. - no process ox getting clear acknowledgement and resolution of these deficiencies. - Warranty and documentation becoming particularly difficult because the order is processed through dealers, with limited direct accountability to the customer. Fenesta does command a significant premium compared with many other brands. In my experience, however, the customer service, accountability and execution have absolutely not at all justified that premium. What concerns me particularly is the business model of collecting the entire payment upfront including installationand transportation BEFORE shipping Anything, the customer has little or no practical leverage on delivery, installation or rectification . I am sharing this simply as a cautionary experience for anyone considering Fenesta. Please check the current committed delivery timelines, warranty process, dealer accountability and customer grievance mechanism in writing before making payment. Anyone who would like to see the actual workmanship and pending deficiencies is welcome to ask .

Never buy windows from them I bought windows from agra . They asked me for entire amount and i gave them because they told me that they'll deliver windows by end of the month . It's been more than 2 months now they keep fooling me every day. You'll regret after choosing fenesta

Feedback on Poor Service and Installation Experience
Your brand is promoted as “No.1 in India”, but our experience has been completely opposite. Our experience: 1. Poor Installation Quality The installation was done very poorly. The workmanship was below standard and does not match the reputation your company claims. 2. Incorrect Measurement & Misguidance Before installation, a senior technician visited the site and took measurements. However, the measurements were wrong. Despite this, we were convinced to go ahead with the wrongly measured product. The technician assured us that he would personally visit again after installation, but he never came. 3. Lack of Knowledge & Accountability The person who visited did not seem to have proper technical knowledge. After installation, there has been zero accountability from your team. 4. Worst After-Sales Support After installation, the response from your team has been extremely poor. The customer care helpline is not functional. It only records the message and forwards it to corporate, with no follow-up or resolution. 5. Outsourced Work with No Supervision It appears all installation work is outsourced to third-party vendors, with no proper supervision or quality control from your end. Because of all this, it has been an extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. The issues remain unresolved till date.

SO EXPENSIVE BUT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO QUALITY STANDARDS. WE HAD A STORM IN KOLKATA TODAY AND THE FENESTA BALCONY DOOR DERAILED AND IS DISLOCATED ON ONE SIDE. CANNOT OPEN THE DOOR. AND IT IS UNSAFE IN THIS CONDITION. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH FENESTA. THEY MAKE TALL CLAIMS OF BEING STORM PROOF!!

Terrible service from Fenesta
Terrible service from Fenesta. They don’t receive call after selling the product. Rain water seep in during rain. They claim 100% water proof but all bullshit. My advice don’t go for Fenesta windows.
