Soy hincha de fútbol, argentino y campeón del mundo vigente. Me registré en tiempo y forma en el sistema oficial de entradas del Mundial FIFA 2026 y, aun así, el proceso resulta confuso, excluyente y alejado del espíritu popular que FIFA dice defender. En la fecha de hoy, 15 de diciembre, al intentar cumplir con las nuevas exigencias de FIFA, debí: • re-registrarme nuevamente pese a contar ya con FIFA ID, • atravesar bloqueos de acceso y saturación del sistema, • ser redirigido en primera instancia a plataformas de reventa externas, • y finalmente aceptar condiciones de un sorteo aleatorio sin información clara sobre fechas, sedes ni fases del torneo. El sistema obliga al aficionado a aceptar cargos automáticos en caso de resultar beneficiado, sin informar previamente: • a qué fase del Mundial corresponden las entradas, • en qué ciudad, • ni en qué fecha, generando una incertidumbre logística y económica total. Esta modalidad de extracción automática de dinero, combinada con: • accesos saturados, • redirecciones a sitios externos, • y verificaciones poco claras para el usuario común, expone a millones de hinchas a riesgos innecesarios de seguridad digital. Un sistema que normaliza el débito automático sin información completa ni confirmación explícita por evento puede alentar prácticas fraudulentas, facilitar errores graves o ser aprovechado por terceros malintencionados. La responsabilidad de proteger los datos y los fondos de los aficionados no puede recaer únicamente en el usuario, sino en la organización que administra el sistema. Esta situación se agrava para el hincha común, ya que no podemos acceder a vuelos baratos con meses de anticipación. Los sectores con mayores recursos sí pueden hacerlo: compran paquetes, pagan precios elevados y aseguran logística. A nosotros nos asiste el tiempo, la ocasión y el esfuerzo. Necesitamos certezas ahora, no cuando ya no existan opciones accesibles de viaje. FIFA sostiene que existen entradas económicas o “populares”, incluso en fases eliminatorias como 16avos u octavos de final. Sin embargo, la experiencia histórica demuestra que dichos cupos son mínimos, simbólicos y prácticamente inaccesibles para el hincha real, especialmente cuando se trata de selecciones de alta demanda como Argentina. En los hechos, el sistema: • prioriza paquetes VIP, hospitality y compromisos comerciales, • empuja al público a la reventa, • y deja al hincha popular sometido a sorteos opacos, cargos automáticos y decisiones unilaterales. El Mundial se presenta como inclusivo, pero su sistema de entradas es elitista, opaco y potencialmente riesgoso. El fútbol sin su gente pierde identidad. Es ahora. No dentro de meses, no cuando ya no haya vuelos ni margen de organización. Sr. Gianni Infantino (FIFA) Sr. Claudio “Chiqui” Tapia (AFA): el pueblo quiere saber dónde están las entradas populares y cómo se protege el dinero de los hinchas. FIFA debería: • Garantizar un cupo real y verificable de entradas populares • Transparentar los sorteos y criterios de asignación • Informar fase, fecha y sede antes de exigir cargos automáticos • Reforzar y explicar claramente los mecanismos de seguridad y autorización de pagos • Priorizar al hincha por sobre el negocio Este no es un reclamo individual. Es la voz de miles de aficionados que sostienen al fútbol y hoy sienten que el Mundial les da la espalda.
