Deliberate Errors to use your tokens
The app is designed to deliberately create errors, which uses more tokens, and costs more money. It cost me £95 this month, to create 5 very small screens for a log in process. When it works it great, but the costing is all over the place, I created a really complex filter drawer, but as soon as you are doing regular simple stuff (like a log in page) it deliberately fails over and over!

Figma's current seat management policy…
Figma's current seat management policy for Organization plans is incredibly anti-customer and unfair. We paid for an annual subscription in February, but after reorganizing our team, we ended up with several unoccupied seats. Recently, I needed to add new collaboration seats and simply asked support if we could use the money already paid for the unused seats to cover the new ones. I wasn't asking for a cash refund or credit back to my card—just to shift the budget between buckets. Instead, Figma Support flat-out refused. Their policy forces us to pay extra money for new seats while our previously paid seats sit empty until the renewal date next year. We are literally being forced to pay more to use less. This rigid stance shows zero flexibility and a lack of partnership with their customers. Nothing would change on their financial end by swapping seat types, yet they choose to penalize users. I strongly urge the Figma team to review how their payment and seat management systems work.

No actual safety for work files
No actual safety for work files. Support does not work efficiently. Can't solve basic problems. And takes ACTUAL weeks to reply. Tool itself has its flaws, but is manageable and okay. Prototyping is buggy and Presentation models don't work properly most of the time.
