Misleading U.S. Pricing & Web – Unexpected UPS Charges
U.S. and international customers, beware! In my experience, this company uses deceptive pricing practices by displaying prices in U.S. dollars and using a "/us" website, without clearly informing customers that orders are actually shipped from the United Kingdom. Everything appears as though you are purchasing from a U.S.-based store. However, after the order ships, UPS may collect additional import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that were never clearly disclosed during checkout. In my case, UPS requested more than $53 in unexpected charges before delivery. This lack of transparency is highly unprofessional and, in my opinion, unethical. International shipping and any potential import fees should be made crystal clear before customers complete their purchase—not after the package is already on its way. Very disappointing.

I bought 1x FerroFlex A3 sheet and a pack of 89x51mm MagFlex. The magnets were stronger than I expected for how thin they are. I'll definitely be getting my magnets from here in the future.

Hi good afternoon Blessings to you.ive watchd the you tube videos of people useing the first for magnets.ive never done this B4 can anyone plz tell me what is the Best magnet Package i should buy for my first time.There is a Beach where i stay can someone give me the rite information. & Does first for Magnets give or would they advise on which package i should buy im so Excited abt buying a Package but dont know what one to get. + would first for Magnets tie the rope onto the Magnet for me B4 Posting the Magnet Package out to me as the you tube video says that i need to tie Rope through the Loop. Ive watchd the video so many times to see if i can do it im so embarresed i cant do it. Would first for Magnets be able to tie the rope through the Loop for me plz.ive got cash to buy a Magnet Package but im holding back from buying one as i cant tie the rope thru the Loop & what Magnet Package should i buy .Can Someone give me the information plz ide be Extremly Grateful to you.Many Thanks to you.God Bless 😊🙏✝️🙏

They hide the fact that they don't pay…
They hide the fact that they don't pay their own custom bills when shipping to the US. Only reason I caught it was because they put it in the receipt that they emailed.

Secondary glazing didn't fit
I ordered secondary double glazing (based on my own measurements) when it arrived and it didn't fit I contacted customer services. They pointed out the measurement guide (which I had ignored). They toldme to return the unit and they would recut. Absolutely delighted with service and helpfulness
