Con changed me without me knowing I’d sign up for anything!

I been charged 46. Twice and not even received a plan! Danger. Do not click on anything to do with this company. Cannot even log on to cancel! Going to need to contact my bank!

This company cannot rely on their…

This company cannot rely on their product for income, so they have developed an auto-renewal program to get extra money out of people. It is a highly unethical company that preys on people not reading the small print. When asked for a refund because I only signed up for 30-days, they said they had to follow their refund policy, which is to NOT give refunds. After several emails, they offered me half of what they took. I refused. They have not returned anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE.

After the purchase, we also send an invoice by email containing the subscription details, including the date and amount of the next renewal. Our records indicate that the email containing this information was successfully delivered and viewed. We have carefully reviewed your communication with our support team. They explained the subscription terms and our refund policy, which is available for review before purchasing a plan. However, because our customers’ experience is important to us, we are always willing to consider individual circumstances and look for a suitable solution. We would also like to clarify an important point: you were not refunded only 50% of the renewal charge. After reviewing your case and making an exception, we processed a full refund of the amount charged to your original payment method. We are sorry that the process did not meet your expectations, but we hope the full refund demonstrates our genuine intention to listen, support you, and resolve the matter fairly. Company/app hide costs and monthly charges

I must have signed up for a one time fee of $9.97 and never even downloaded the app. Now each month a bill for $39 and another one for $29 hits my Visa and the Visa card company can't help me. It is super hard to cancel it using the app and I still don't know if they will stop billing me monthly! It is insane! There is no phone # to call. I guess one bill is for food and $39 for service. This service was listed as a one time fee - not any monthIy high charges. If you don't sign up for any apps through Google Play, beware! It might be impossible to cancel and send a massive bill that you would never have signed up for! Update Aug 31, 2026 - I hopefully have the monthly charges stopped now (only time will tell). Of course, no refund for the $80+ charged without my consent.

Easy to get billed, not so easy to cancel…

Notification about renewal cost and timing needs communicated well in advance of charging the fee. Relying on the chaos of daily life to help victimize your customer base is a pathetic and irresponsible business practice. If your service is worth your fee, your clients will choose to pay it. It is not worth any fee to me, so processing a renewal without confirming my desire to remain subscribed is unethical. Feel free to contact me directly if you are interested in hearing a loader and more profound objection to your business practices.
