Thank you so much for honoring your word, and sending out a replacement watch, after my strap broke off a piece of the base connector. I was REALLY impressed to receive a personal response to my email the next morning, assuring me that the company would replace my watch. It's rare to have an actual person respond to an email these days, and I certainly appreciated the four follow-up emails, confirming my satisfaction. My purchase was from Amazon. THANK YOU FOR MY NEW WATCH!!

good looking for FITVII GT5 Pro Max 2026 Family Care Health Smartwatch with Blood Pressure & ECG. The basic function which showing time is working and can be trusted, but the rest function can not be depending . I bought FITVII GT5 Pro Max 2026 Family Care Health Smartwatch with Blood Pressure & ECG few months ago and wear it everyday. I fall hard last night and try to use SOS function to get help, but the function was not working at time. The rest of function of the smartwatch which is testing, measure and collecting data but non of them can be used as medical preference. Wishing the smartwatch maker continue improve the watch and becoming a medical certified device. It is still a toy for now.

Sono contento dell'orologio prodotto da questa azienda ciò che è stato pubblicizzato dell'orologio l'ho trovato poi di fatto nell'orologio stesso per cui concordanza tra pubblicità e realtà di fatto del prodotto... lungo l'iter di attesa per la spedizione azienda mi è stata vicino con competenza professionale e con gentilezza seguendo il tracciato di percorrenza dell'orologio... consiglio l'acquisto! Not pleased
I bought this mostly for the sleep measurement functions. But it turns out, having just been told by the manufacturer's customer service, that it only measures and records sleep of a duration of at least 3 hours. Like many people, I have fragmented sleep insomnia, and so it does not measure and record my shorter naps during the night. Now looking at other devices. Not pleased with this "smart watch"!

I like the health features and the long battery life. The long battery life is essential for continuous health monitoring. For BP, HR, blood oxygen - I find them to be quite accurate when compared to using medical devices.
