This company registered as a thieves to Steal people money. I have made a booking with them but Iran/USA conflict airline has suspended fight operations for two months found it after contacting directly with airline but flightcatchers keep telling me that you're flying as normal to your booking until last moment of my flight. Just 48hrs before I been informed that i can't fly (jokes). Airline told me you will get full refund from your booking agent because flight operation has been suspended but I been told by flightcatchers that I have to send flighr cancellation request for refund and also I have to pay £29 for each ticket even for new booking still have to pay £29. I don't want to cancel my ticket and I want fly on my booking day but they don't have any answer for this, although they want to Steal the money. Don't get struck with these thieves like me for thr cheap flights. I should give them negative ratings for this act but no option and still have to give them 1 star for stealing my money. I didn't travel at all but lost my funds mean travel agency making money on both end.

Unfortunately, my experience with Flight Catchers was very disappointing. Following the cancellation of our Emirates flights, we were due a refund, but Flight Catchers failed to release the refunded amount from Emirates to us. All communication was difficult and they stopped responding to all correspondence eventually. Despite the refund being due, the money was not passed, leaving us out of pocket and having to involve our credit card provider to pursue the matter ourselves. Given the circumstances, this was already an extremely stressful situation, and I expected Flight Catchers to handle the refund process properly and ensure the money was returned to us. Instead, we had to take matters into our own hands. Overall, I would not use Flight Catchers again and would advise others to be cautious when relying on them to process refunds. Thankfully we got the money back through the credit card investigation.
