Peaceful Florida oasis – loved our July–August stay
We spent July and August in this one-bedroom, one-bath apartment at The Landings in Dunnellon and it was exactly the relaxing Florida retreat we needed. The balcony view is the highlight. You look out over a quiet spot on the Withlacoochee framed by tall palms, Spanish-moss-draped trees, and thick greenery. Mornings with coffee and evenings just sitting out there watching the light change were some of the best parts of the stay. It feels tucked away in nature even though you’re right in the community. The pool area is equally nice. The kidney-shaped pool stays inviting, the spa is a great add-on after a hot day, and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Everything was clean and well-kept the whole time we were there. Inside, the apartment worked really well for a longer stay. The bedroom has an impressive amount of built-in storage, the bed was comfortable, and having laundry right there was incredibly convenient. The space felt practical without being cramped. A real bonus was the kayak storage and the easy launch spot right into the Withlacoochee River. Rainbow River is also just nearby, so we had two beautiful rivers to paddle whenever we wanted. Overall it was quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by that classic Florida landscape. We’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend if you want a peaceful, tropical-feeling spot in Dunnellon.

We had the best stay at Crescent Breeze!
We had the best stay at Crescent Breeze for our girls trip! The house was spotless when we arrived and was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend together. The beach was just a short walk away, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. The location was perfect, and the home was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book Crescent Breeze again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting PCB!
