For a premium brand that charges a premium price, the Fluval Flex 32.5 Gallon Deluxe Cabinet is an absolute engineering failure. An aquarium stand is meant to safely support nearly 400 pounds of water while protecting your home. Instead, Fluval has delivered a product with an abysmal level of build quality that makes budget IKEA furniture look luxury and expensive by comparison. Raw Sawdust Board Destroys Expensive Flooring: Shockingly, the bottom of this cabinet features completely raw, unprotected particle board that sits directly on your floor. There are absolutely no feet, brackets, or plastic glides included. If you have expensive hardwood, laminate, or tile, this heavy, rough sawdust board will scratch your floors instantly under the immense weight of the tank. The Perfect Storm for Water Damage: Because the raw MDF touches the floor directly, any minor spill or drip during routine maintenance will immediately pool underneath the stand. The unprotected particle board acts like a sponge, soaking up the water, swelling, and crumbling from the bottom up. For a premium aquarium brand, letting raw, unsealed board make direct floor contact is an inexcusable shortcut. Zero Leveling Capability: Floors are rarely perfectly flat, and leveling a 32.5-gallon aquarium is critical to prevent uneven stress on the glass seams. Because Fluval completely omitted leveling feet, you are forced to jam ugly shims under a raw wood base, making an already poorly designed product look even worse. Horrible, Instant-Staining Finish: The laminate finish on the rest of the stand is equally abysmal. It shows permanent water rings and stains from day one. The finish has severe durability issues, showing significant wear and degradation far too soon for a brand new product. The Verdict: Do not risk your expensive flooring on this stand. Fluval is charging premium money for a low-quality product that lacks basic engineering standards and makes IKEA look expensive. Skip this cabinet entirely and buy heavy-duty industrial shelving or build a proper DIY wood frame where you can install real, floor-protecting leveling feet

Here is the deal. I wish I never purchased this Fluval FX2 filter. I have a 75 Oranda tank with $ invested. Not to say I love our fish. I use to be long standing customer of Fluval, that ends today. They have changed. Their products are cheaper made today but the prices are not! I paid almost $300 for this piece of junk. It hasn’t worked right from day one, I should have returned it then. Now it doesn’t work right at all. Randomly shuts off. Called customer service twice today and was informed they would not replace the filter!!! I can’t return it because it is one month past the 60 day return date. No customer service at all and no resolution. Do not buy Fluval! I have had many tanks and always purchased Fluval but no longer. I may just contact the better business bureau and place a complaint. I didn’t even ask for a refund I asked for a replacement filter but was informed that that is not happening. That is what BBB is for. I have my receipt too. I won’t put up with dishonesty in today’s society.

I purchase a FX4 & 6 and both had the same problem the impeller stopped turning. This seems to be a common problem with these units and would probably explain why YOU should avoid these at ALL cost. They are also MESSY doing filter maintenance. I belong to a very well known fish club in Indianapolis and after 20+ years of using Marineland products was persuaded to check out fluval which turns out to be some of the worst advice I have been given in 66 years of life. The 207 is ALSO a piece of CRAP as I own one of those and they are seriously PROBLEMATIC. STAY AWAY FROM FLUVAL PRODUCTS YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
