The support was quick and efficient
The support was quick and efficient. I'm trying out the platform for a project I'm working . The ai agent asked a few questions and quickly got to designing. During the process I had a few technical questions, so I reached out to support, which was also an ai agent. The initial questions were quickly answered by the bot and I was able to continue making progress. On another occasion I wanted to chat with a live agent, so I asked for a human and the first level support routed me to a product expert. They requested access to my project files (I really appreciate that it's private by default, even to their staff), and in a few minutes resolved my inquiry.

Avoid Flux AI. I Got Scammed.
Jumped in to try out the Flux AI service and withing 10 minutes of starting the free trial it said I had reached my limit for my trial and had to upgrade. So I upgraded to the starting $20 plan. No exaggeration, but then within 2 minutes I was prompted that I had reached my limit for my paid plan. All while the service had not completed a single prompt. I used the sites support/contact us section and there I received an auto response that said "We usually respond in 'A few hours.'" Very bad service and since I paid and received nothing I feel justified is calling this a scam. I do not recommend. Avoid Flux AI.

Bad experience i paid 20 usd nothing done after that again they charged me 20 usd and says pay as gp plan like this they charges again 20 usd I message the refund also no response really it's looks totally scam not proper credit system 20 usd 5 min only after again they charged 20 usd and ask me to pay again and again worst service

The customer service is actually good; too bad the product is not usable.
While I also experienced the issues with credit consumption and overall frustration with the site functionality, I do want to say that the process of working with customer support is actually quite good. The person with whom I spoke (Nicky) made genuine efforts to solve my problems and was quite responsive. Ultimately I decided not to stick with Flux AI and they refunded me appropriately. It seems that the product should be positioned as an online PCB designer that has AI available, not an AI-first PCB design tool. This would be a more honest representation of what customers can expect. Do most of the design work yourself, and let AI take care of more monotonous tasks. Since I never completed a project I can't comment on the reliability of this, but you definitely cannot expect to give even a detailed prompt and expect a completed design even in a week, and perhaps not even within a month for an esp32 C project (not super complex) given how fast the token consumption is within the 4 hour, 1 week and longer allowance periods ($60/month subscription level). Since LLMs can write desktop software, you're probably much better off having Gemini/Claude/ChatGPT write desktop utilities for you that can see your kicad files and write whatever python scripts are needed to at least make the design and layout easier. This is a great idea, but it's unfortunate that the marketing is so deceptive. Most likely they will be displaced by a competitor that has more honest marketing and positioning and/or more efficient AI.

I signed for a free Trial but I got…
I signed for a free Trial but I got charged 52 Euros.. I didn't even tried this product. It says I got 15 ACU's.. It charged me 52 Euros despite the fact that it says in 14 days I will get charged.. THIS IS A SCAM. I want my money back I don't even want to try this..
