Always great to deal with.
Always a good experience with Flybubble. I've ordered a couple of wings and other random bits of equipment from Flybubble over the last few years, and orders have always arrived exactly as promised and very quickly (usually shipped the same day). When needed for support or questions, Nancy and Carlo are always happy to spend time via email or phone to talk, even if it's a smaller item. Couldn't ask for a better team!

Incredible service
As a complete novice to the sport of paragliding, I was completely boggled by the amount of options there are out there, when looking to buy my initial setup equipment. Having spent hours looking online at various reviews and opinions on products, Flybubble kept coming up. The amount of information they provide and their product reviews are second to none and so I chose them to supply my gear. Having now received all of my order, with great efficiency (despite some of the items being on back order), I am so pleased to have chosen Carlo and Nancy. In a time where you would be forgiven for thinking customer service is a thing of the past. These two will restore your confidence… in spades! From pre-sales service, incredibly simple transaction with speedy delivery, right through to their after sales attention and help. This is the first time I have taken time to write a review, for anyone. Their professionalism, knowledge and kindness cannot go unmentioned. As I continue to progress with the sport. I know the online content they provide will be a constant resource and I wouldn’t consider anyone else when it comes to upgrading or any other equipment I may require.

Understanding that the instructions are in German and the product includes a European plug helps set proper expectations and prevents any initial letdowns. Besides that, the advice given beforehand was excellent, and the delivery was swift.

Provides added value to paragliding
A business that cares about the sport of paragliding: I've bought several items for the sport through Flybubble, including communicating with them for advice. I have also bought a used wing from an individual that originally got it used from Flybubble - and it's great! This business provides a very useful weather guide that is injected with humour when accessing the Skew-T. And it's just an aside to the great service they offer through Youtube videos and so on. There are a few businesses that really seem to care about the sport, and Flybubble is one of them.

Good advice without the pressure to buy
I emailed Flybubble about a secondhand wing that interested me. Nancy, from Flybubble, called me back on the same day to discuss it with me. What stood out was the lack of pressure to buy a wing that turned out not to be suitable and the overall advice that I received. I didn’t buy from them in this occasion although I have in the past and doubtless will again.
