Will was great finding the best flights…
Will was great finding the best flights for our trip to Italy. We are arriving in Rome but leaving via Naples and he found cheaper and better flight options than I saw through the airlines or Expedia. The booking process was very easy and Will answered all my questions promptly. Will definitely use Fly Luxury again!

Good Service with Lots of Caveats
Attentive service, but lots of caveats. I like to do things transparently, so being told that I can't check in on my own, use my airline account, or gain miles for my trip added stress and frustration to the experience. I had to go to the agent at the airport to check in and I was strictly told to not let the agent know that booked my flight through a travel agency, and that if I did, they might cancel my ticket immediately.

Randy found us a fantastic rate for our upcoming flight to Spain. One of the biggest concerns I had with the quotes we were getting from other agencies was the lack of layover time where we would need to go through passport control. So the flight Randy sent was perfect. We have a nice layover to get through that, and access to a fantastic lounge while we wait for our last flight leg.
