Diffusori Focal Alpha Evo con griglia proteggi woofer solo in foto!
Dopo aver visto su vari negozi online le Focal Alpha 65 Evo con la griglia proteggi tweeter e quella proteggi woofer, ho deciso di acquistare una coppia. Una volta ricevuti 2 box, delle griglie proteggi woofer nessuna traccia! Interpellato il venditore italiano online, non ne sapeva nulla e s'è dovuto informare presso il distributore italiano del marchio (francese) e insieme abbiamo scoperto che "da 2 anni Focal non fornisce più questi diffusori con la griglia proteggi woofer". Però il Web è ancora pieno di foto con questi diffusori con la griglia proteggi woofer, quindi il danno è solo per chi compra! E tutto finisce là...nessuna offerta di un coupon per limitare la figuraccia, nessuna frase del tipo "il produttore si preoccuperà di far togliere le foto fuorvianti dai vari siti Web", nulla, il silenzio! Complimenti per il comportamento vergognoso e poco corretto!

I bought a pair of Focal Bathys headphones and am blown away by the sound quality. I have become somewhat deaf and have to wear hearing aids, so I have really missed listening to my music with high quality of sound. Having read reviews of the outstanding audio quality of these headphones, I bought a pair and got even more than I expected. The app has a hearing test that will customize the sound you hear based on your unique hearing needs, and it also has a 5-band equalizer that can enhance that even more. I haven't heard music this clearly and fully and with such detail for years and I can't get enough. If you're a music lover losing your hearing, these are amazing! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And the store staff here in Toulouse, France is very helpful and knowledgeable, so I can go to them any time I have questions. Top notch!!!

I contacted Focal after-sales support…
I contacted Focal after-sales support to purchase a spare part for my Focal Aria speakers. After 1.5 years of waiting without any solution, I left a one-star rating in Focal’s own customer survey. Shortly after contacting support again, my customer account was removed, making it impossible to continue the case. Deleting a customer account after negative feedback instead of resolving the issue is extremely unprofessional. I expected much better from a premium brand.

Je possède un casque Focal Bathys noir…
Je possède un casque Focal Bathys noir dont je prends le plus grand soin vu son prix. Après 6 mois d’utilisation intense (plusieurs heures par jour), les coussinets ont commencé à se défaire. Le revendeur a renvoyé le casque au sav Focal et 2 semaines plus tard je récupérais mon casque comme neuf. 3 mois plus tard, une pièce en plastique noir, au-dessus de l’arceau de l’oreillette gauche, s’est cassée soudainement alors que je retirais le casque de mes oreilles dans le cadre d’une utilisation normale. C’était à l’évidence pour moi un vice caché mais j’étais inquiet car 1) le revendeur refusait de prendre en charge la réparation et me renvoyait vers Focal 2) je découvrais sur Internet des récits de mésaventures similaires qui se sont soldées par une fin de non recevoir de Focal. Je soumettais alors une réclamation au SAV qui me répondit sous 48h et acceptait la prise sous garantie de l’incident, avec remplacement par un casque neuf. A mon plus grand soulagement. Le temps d’expédier mon casque et de recevoir le nouveau sous 10j, je retrouvais enfin la joie d’une écoute parfaite. Et cela vaut bien un post de remerciement sur .
