FocusMe has improved the quality of my life tremendously
Before learning about and subscribing to FocusMe, I could not maintain consistent control of my time no mater what methods of self-discipline I used. The same obsessive-compulsive traits that have helped me succeed professionally worked against me when I could not control the compulsive use of computer time to view websites that not only used up far too much of my life but hijacked my brain to go in directions my better self did not want to go. The comprehensiveness and thoroughness of FocusMe has solved this problem and has improved my quality tremendously.

Serves purpose, glitchy software
The app is great at doing what it needs to do and has definitely helped me reduce screentime. However, even though I have it set to not open on startup it inevitably does, and repeatedly pops up during the course of the day for no reason. Often this disrupts other programmes that are running simultaneously, causing them to hang/ freeze. On occasion, it has also caused the trackpad to disable which is very frustrating

I'm very thankful for an app like FocusMe, even moreso for their customer service team.
I've been using FocusMe for over 5 years now and I plan to for decades more. Work is hard enough to focus on without having the entire internet at your fingertips whenever you want it. I've tried so many different apps and programs but none of them have held up for long (loopholes, limitations, etc.). FocusMe is incredibly comprehensive and foolproof, not to mention user-friendly. The customer service team is as good as the product, if not better. I genuinely don't think I've ever had to wait longer than 2 days to hear back from them - and normally it's within the same day - before hearing back from them. They are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. I've recommended FocusMe to many of my friends, and some of them have started using it, and are thankful for it themselves.
