Do not buy from Foscam
Do not buy from Foscam. They confirmed I would get my payment on 27th April but it is now 16th June and they have still not refunded me. Now they have stopped replying to me emails.

No Communication At All
Ordered two weeks ago. Not despatched despite a promise of a 2-3 day delivery. I have emailed, called and used the chat bot but no response or communication at all. Chat bot doesn’t respond. When you call it goes to voicemail. Only the tech support answer who can’t help with orders. Feels like a scam even if it is a legitimate business. Hate to think what the response would be if I had a technical issues. I have now requested the order be cancelled but obviously still no response or refund.

I had no issues with the product…
I had no issues with the product itself, but the service was extremely disappointing. My item wasn’t delivered within the promised timeframe, and despite emailing and chasing for updates, I received no response at all. I eventually had to call them directly to get any information. The lack of communication made the whole experience feel like ordering from a dodgy site. Although the product finally arrived and is of good quality, the delayed delivery and poor customer service really let the company down. I hope they improve their communication and reliability for future customers.
