Same issue as other reviewers - non delivery and non response
Same issue as other reviewers - this company has taken my money in Dec 2023 and informed me in Jan 2024 there would be a delay till April. Now August 2024 and, like others, have had no delivery and am getting no response to emails, messages on FB or via link in website. Disgusted - why is this failure to supply not considered theft and prosecuted as such? Can we lodge a class action with an EU body?

Foxsmart took a considerable amount of my money in NOVEMBER 2023, it is now May 2024, six months later, and now they are not answering my email for an undelivered order!!! I got one email reply months ago asking if I was happy to wait until April as there was a delay from their manufacturer in China. I waited until over a week in May and now no reply. Give me my money back please Foxsmart. I have been doing all the chasing and now nothing?? It seems you are NEVER sending this order despite already having my money since November. Have you gone into hiding? Time to call my bank about you!

Hearing crickets, no responses to order status requests
Ordered Jan 5. Have emailed to check status and no responses to my emails. I always misplace my glasses and was looking forward to receiving this. Quite disappointed.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. Garbage communication and customer service. Ordered in January and end of April now. As said in previous reviews, this is a scam or complete incompetency.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY! We ordered from them back in October. The confirmation email says 8-12 business days but when I reached out to them after this time had passed they said "if you read the fine print of the email it says 8-12 weeks lead time... We are now in February and I reached out again, this time they're pushing it out to APRIL with the same 12 weeks excuse! I'm not great at math but that's OVER 12 weeks... at this point I asked for a refund... INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!
