I was very apprehensive to order from Foxy locks, as I had read the mixed reviews but I just couldn't wait for my Milk and Blush ones to be restocked anymore.(iv waited since may and they are still not in stock). I have to say I am very happy with my experience from start to finish. I understood that they were preorder for a time frame of 3-5 weeks. I chased them after 2 weeks and got a very prompt friendly reply stating that I will have my clip ins within the next 10 days, which I did. The review that i was worried about was when someone said they didn't get a refund because they had opened the package to check the shade that ultimately didn't match. When I recieved my box, it had a sample piece to try before committing to opening the whole thing. I would like to state that I chose my shade by looking at the videos on Instagram as I think you see the shades better in a video. I have base 5 brown hair with thin highlights and I ordered the shade mocchino and they are perfect. They are full, silky soft and hold a curl lovely. I also got a discount code, so they were £60 cheaper than my normal Milk and blush ones. Had to write a review because i was genuinely impressed with the service and really happy with my purchase. Hope this helps my fellow clip in girlie's. Wish I could upload a picture. My best tip is to check the Instagram for colour match though as the pictures do look different.

Don’t buy from them - Ruined my wedding
Don’t buy from them! Customer care is shocking. Ordered hair on June 1st, to ensure it came in time for my wedding tomorrow 5th August. Had no updates unless I emailed them. They then said they didn’t have the hair in stock due to a manufacturing problem and requested more money for longer hair and ensured me the hair would arrive in time for my special day 24 hour tracked. Waited in all day for the hair. Baring in mind Friday they emailed saying it would be sent next day delivery! No hair still. I then get an email this evening to say hair will arrive tomorrow by 2pm - in the day of my wedding . Awful company. Don’t want any other bride to be to feel how I do now 😭

Stole around 100€. no product no reimbursment. there are so many good brands. stay away from this one. Whenever I see their adds it makes me feel angry especially because of the horrible experience that I got with them.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of advertising for a preorder , if I had known it would be nearly two months since ordering and they have still not arrived I wouldn’t of ordered to begin with , I ordered now so I could have my hair matched to them , and with intention of ordering more closer to my wedding in 5 1/2 months time but I have zero faith that it would be possible given this wait
