This company is horrible towards their…
This company is horrible towards their customers. I won’t support them in anyway after the way customer service treated me. I wrote this review after following their instructions exactly, I didn’t flame anyone other than saying they hurt my heel. They immediately deleted my comment and treated me terribly afterwards harassing me through constant messages. It’s the most obnoxious group of people you’ll ever deal with. Reddit has a great thread describing my exact experience with hundreds of other customers saying the exact same thing. Avoid this garbage company.

Super Kundenservice
Der Kundenservice ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei meinen Schuhen die ich im Sale auf der Webseite gekauft habe, hatten sich nach kurzer Zeit die Sohlen gelöst und mir wurde umgehend ein neues Paar zugesendet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank:)

Wrong address, frustrated, learning moment
I've had two wonderful experiences with week long Appalachian Trail hikes with FluidX insoles. As soon as I got back, I ordered some more insoles for daily wear. Over 20 e-mails back and forth, and I hadn't received anything yet. Appears that they were originally shipped to a random (?) address with my name, in my town, no relationship to reality. A thanks for the order was received by me, but there was no confirmation number or shipping notification. I'm going to go out on a limb, and say the computers completely glitched out when I placed my order. I received a LOT of "can you provide your order number, can you confirm your e-mail, can you confirm your address (multiple times). Somewhere in the middle of what felt like "stalling, maybe he'll go away", I sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing they received my money. Then they sent me "proof" that that my product was received (no address was in the USPS confirmation, just the town). FP requested that I file a claim with the USPS. So I did. It was denied. After a more than reasonable amount of time someone asked "what would I like them to do". I replied, send again. They couldn't read the three times in the a-mail what my address was, and confirmed twice, so I sent it again. They graciously announced that they were sending replacements. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. oh ....... that might be the malfunction. The Fluidx insoles absorb way more shock than the competitors insoles that I've been upgrading to for over a decade. Thanks for the product, hope the learning moments don't go by without being used.

One pair of Game Changers will change your life!
I bought my first pair of Game Changer FP Insoles 9 years ago and they are still functional to this day! I've worn them down to the point there are some holes through and through and somehow they are STILL BETTER than any stock insoles. I have a total of 5 pairs now so I could replace all of my shoe insoles without having to switch them over constantly. I've recommended FP Insoles to all of my friends and many have purchased them and continue to tell me how amazing they feel when walking/running/hiking. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is hesitant on trying these. They are 100% worth it!

Best insoles I ever rode my bike with…
Best insoles I ever rode my bike with!! I’ve always used the regular insoles that come in my bike and tried these out for the first time 🙌they truly made the impact and riding so much more fun and enjoyable to ride all day 10/10 highly recommend them
