Fragrantika does deserve more than 4.1 raiting
Fragrantika does not deserve 4.1 star raiting, it deserves alot more! There is nothing bad to say about it. Ive been ordering from them for almost 2 years now and everything is been but amazing. Samples are packed very nice and out of like 6 orders, none have leaked or been damaged. Now they have improved alot over the years, and they get the latest releases pretty fast and overall I feel like quality is great and prices is amazing. To not steer away form the review, I will just add + and - Positives: + great prices comparing to others + gets the latest fragrance releases fast + trustworthy + there was 2 times one sample was missing, they offered to add it to next order free of charge + free shipping over 35€ which is amazing as others have higher sum + samples have images on them not only text, which helps to identify it from further distance + site is easy to use and it is not confussing Negatives: - Sometimes they add my phone number to package sometimes they dont(this makes me get no notification when package arrived at my local post) - Shipping sometimes is hit or miss (either way you get it after a week or 3 weeks) - Customer service might be slow a bit but I didnt notice huge delays Over all, I dont know why people rated with only 1 star, but I can assure you service is great, and I think if you encounter problems, either way its your country which f ups the shipping times or youre just unlucky in life in general:)

A decant online store based in the Netherlands. Order placed on July 30. Parcel arrived in Paris on August 05. Packaging ok, si far im happy with the decants. I emailed them about the delivery date but no reply. No big deal. Might order again.

Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza. Preparazione dei prodotti troppo lenta. Spedizione economica. Prodotti con materiali scadenti che non si chiudono bene. Il profumo rischia di fuoriuscire o ossidarsi. Il venditore invece di comprendere i limiti del suo servizio e migliorarsi se è in grado risponde con polemiche inutili. Scrivi meno e lavora meglio Fragrantika.

This was my second time ordering and…
This was my second time ordering and I'm very happy with my purchase. They seem to have changed their atomisers, last time I ordered in September of 2025 and a couple of the atomisers in that order were faulty. These new ones seem high quality. Their perfume selection is excellent. Shipping to Finland took almost a month, which is a bit unusual inside the EU. There was trouble with the tracking, but I reached out to customer service and got assistance almost immediately via email. I still had trouble picking up my package, a worker on my end had to bend some rules. So I'm docking one star purely for this unusually inconvenient shipping experience, however I'd happily order from them again and mentally prepare for it next time.
