BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! This is an endless moneytrap. I've had to pour so many dollars into just creating a simple video. It starts easy and effective. I got 12000 credits to start and then top off with. Then all the sudden it became 7000 credits a topoff. It is a constant back and forth of rendering things wrong and then fixing them. The AI even says its wrong and to do it again. You know what that means? Yup! More money. Over and Over and Over agian. AVOID!!!!!

Don’t buy!!!!
If you are on a free plan you cant even see what’s in the frame using your phone. I bought the device! How the F I need a plan to see my photos? Scammers and con artists! Don’t waste your money with these little-minded people!

RIP-OFF FRAME FRAUDULENT BUSINESS
To me, this frame feels like a complete rip-off. If you don’t upgrade and pay a monthly subscription, it won’t let you download more pictures, claiming that the Wi-Fi is disconnected—even while the frame itself clearly shows that it is connected. What a terrible way to do business. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP FRAME. What looks inexpensive at first comes with a catch: if you want to add more pictures, you’re pushed to sign up and pay a monthly fee. I would never have purchased it if I had known this beforehand. Very disappointing and misleading.

The main problem is that in shuffle…
The main problem is that in shuffle mode it constantly repeats the same photos and there is no fix according to Frameo.

Bait and switch: Beware
Bait and switch: Beware When frame purchased great song and dance was made that unlike other similar frames there was no subscription required for using the Frameo app. It worked well. Well now it does not. Almost all access has been hidden behind a subscription paywall despite the earlier promises. Avoid.
