AVOID. Total scam. Bought though the website, was sent tracking details via Royal Mail but no parcel was sent so tracking was never updated past “we’re expecting it” tried contact through various avenues. Contact form on the page with not response. I then found an email link, clicked on this sent me straight to me email but to my horror somehow they have set it up to send emails to a different company (Oodie). I don’t know how they are getting away with this. I’ve not flagged with bank who are investigating

DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY!!! outrageously bad service, not giving back money when you deny the shipment because of import charges. with those i would pay €60 for a freaking card game. cancerous dropshipping parasites and getting rich over other peoples backs. should be ashamed and banned from ever selling anything online again 😠

Manque se transparence et cache des clauses. Poste canada doit nous faire payer des frais d'importation de 25$ pour recevoir le.colis, alors que nous avons déjà payé la livraison à la compagnie. Lorsque communiqué à la compagnie, ils disent que c'est de notre responsabilité. There's a lack of transparency and hidden clauses. Canada Post is charging us $25 in import fees to receive the package, even though we've already paid the shipping company. When we contacted the company, they said it was our responsibility.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Freak or Drink. I placed my order before the advertised “last day to order to receive by Valentine’s Day” specifically to ensure it would arrive on time. Shortly after purchasing, I received a tracking number, however, it has never updated past “label created.” After hearing nothing, I emailed their customer service and it took five days to receive a response. They told me the parcel had left their warehouse. Concerned, I contacted the shipping company directly, and they confirmed they have not received the item. They have now said they’ve opened an investigation into the missing parcel, but given the lack of updates and conflicting information so far, I don’t have much confidence that this will be resolved quickly, if at all. At this point, it’s clear I will not be receiving my order in time for Valentine’s Day, despite ordering within the timeframe they promoted. I understand delays can happen, but misleading shipping timelines and poor communication,especially for time-sensitive purchases, are incredibly frustrating. Very disappointing experience overall. I will change this reveiw if a miracle happens..
